A Movement Born from Experience and Urgency

Autistic Voices Redefined was founded in response to the misconceptions and stereotypes that dehumanize autistic people. Led by neurodivergent therapists and professionals, our mission is to celebrate different abilities, share real stories, and rewrite the public narrative.

Miranda Singer, MSW

Therapist, Advocate

Miranda is an openly autistic, neurodiversity-affirming child and family therapist specializing in play therapy for neurodivergent kids, teens, and families. Through Child-Centered Play Therapy, AutPlay, and Filial Therapy, she helps children express themselves authentically and build emotional resilience. Miranda also works with neurodivergent adolescents through individual and family therapy, offering identity-affirming support, unmasking guidance, and psychoeducation about Autism. Her work centers on helping clients thrive in a neurotypical world so they can live as their authentic selves.

Georgina Warren

Librarian, Author

As a lifelong educator and storyteller on the spectrum, Georgina Warren lends her voice to Autistic Voices Redefined. She holds a Masters Degree of Library Science and works at the Library of Congress. Her first book is Tales of Virtuous Stepmothers. Warren is committed to deconstructing harmful stereotypes in all her published works and has experience as a contributor and public speaker on various podcasts such as In The Blend, The Stepfamily Summit and Women Winning at Writing.

Autistic Voices Redefined is an autistic-led nonprofit dedicated to reshaping how autism is understood by centering autistic lived experience beyond deficit-based narratives. Through education, advocacy, and collaborative systems change, we work alongside communities and institutions to support more affirming, accessible, and inclusive practices that promote dignity, belonging, and shared responsibility.
